Sustainability is embedded into every aspect of our business. Since 2009, we’ve held ISO 14001 accreditation, actively implementing its principles to reduce waste and promote best practices. Less than 5% of our waste goes to landfill, with over 95% recycled. Our energy usage has decreased by 15% through smart metering and the exclusive use of renewable energy sources.
Our supply chain is carefully managed to ensure all suppliers adhere to our environmental standards. We use FSC-certified paper and offer biodegradable alternatives, enabling our clients to make sustainable choices in their communications. Additionally, we monitor water usage, implement reuse policies, and have installed solar panels and electric vehicle charging points at our premises.
Romax is a certified Carbon Balanced Printer accredited by the World Land Trust. We offset the carbon for all client print jobs and provide quarterly reports verifying these contributions. Clients can proudly display the World Land Trust logo on their materials, demonstrating their commitment to the environment.
