Established in 1985, Robert Walters Group is a specialist professional recruitment group operating in 31 countries around the world, with more than 3,100 employees. The company recruits across the fields of accounting, banking, engineering, HR, IT, legal, sales and marketing, and other professional sectors.

Robert Walters Group has been a member of the FTSE4Good index for more than a decade, recognizing the Group’s achievements in key environmental, social and governance. Committed to social responsibility and good corporate citizenship, the company supports and sponsors local charities and organisations within the communities where it is based.

The Group also aims to reduce its carbon footprint wherever possible, offsetting unavoidable emissions associated with its worldwide operations through WLT’s Carbon Balanced programme. WLT is using contributions to protect and restore threatened forest at Khe Nuoc Trong in Vietnam.

In 2020, Robert Walters Group launched a new initiative, planting one tree for every permanent candidate placement made globally by its Robert Walters and Walters People businesses, and one for every employee within its Resource Solutions business. The initiative resulted in the planting of more than 10,000 trees in its first year.
