The Art of Conservation: Celebrating our community of creative supporters

One of the most inspiring aspects of our community at World Land Trust is the diversity of our generous donors and the innovative ways they find to support our conservation partners’ work. From businesses to musicians to artists, our community is made up of amazing people from all walks of life and we are inspired by their drive to do whatever they can to help protect the natural world.

One such supporter is Bristol-based artist Sky Siouki. Sky’s work is a stunning blend of intricate pencil illustrations of wildlife with expressive, abstract oil paintings. Her art focuses on nature and the environment, often depicting threatened species to raise awareness of the critical need for conservation.

Sky’s commitment to environmental causes led her to WLT several years ago, and since then every card and print sold has included a donation to our Plant a Tree programme, from Brazil to Armenia to India.

This means that every one of Sky’s beautiful cards or prints purchased represents a tree that has been nurtured from seed to sapling to tree in one of our partner’s projects, providing food and shelter for wildlife and helping to combat the climate crisis.

We’re so grateful to everyone in our wonderful community of WLT donors. Their passion for nature and support for our project partners makes a tangible difference in protecting threatened habitats and species across the globe.
